The Shop
We do not use any automated machinery for mass production. Each guitar is hand made from start to finish. A series of handmade templates are used as guides.
These templates help get the guitar close to the right shape. But each guitar is carefully shaped and sanded after the template phase to ensure that the soul of the wood's unique voice can be heard and felt.
No two guitars are identical. Each guitar is its own unique work of art.
When shaping the necks no template is used. It's all done by feel. Sand a little, cut a little, run your hand down the neck and see how it feels. Then repeat the process until it feels right.
Every piece of wood has its own personality. As does every guitar. We try and bring out the natural soul of the guitar by letting it decide when its done being shaped and processed. We aren't just cutting out wooden pieces in the shape of a guitar, we are bringing the soul of the wood to life!
Once a guitar is built, elite quality hardware and electronics are meticulously assembled and attached to the guitar to ensure that it plays well and sounds great for a lifetime.
